They also provide Intro videos , outro videos , logo reveal , birthdays videos , cooperate videos , events  , sports. But this are not there in the website you have to contact them at support@videoshive.com. 
How much they Charge you have to contact them & know them your requirement they will revert you all the details.

No , its an virtual product where you have to provide logo to them , they will edit as per the template you have choosen and mail to the image / video once it done.
